I absolutely agree with you but it's just not gonna happen in Somalia anytime soon. The only way to reach that level of development is to ban anything to do with qabiil and qabyaalad, ban the Hebel-Land and put a dictator in Villa Somalia

Agreed. Qabil/qabyalaad is the worst thing to have happened to Somalis. If it didn't exist I am 99.9% sure the country wouldn't be in the state that it's currently in.

If that's true, that's unfortunate, indicates a large amount of corruption. But compared to Somalia, it is doing better as there are areas that are fairly developed as well as improving.
