Should Somaliland allow a Somalia delegation to arrive?

We've seen Djibouti and Ethiopia each send a high level delegation to their neighbour Somaliland. Should Somaliland also allow Somalia to send a delegation to Hargeisa or not?

Tbh why would Somalia send a delegation? Somalis already control SL. It’s like ‘Somalia sends delegation Puntland’. Sounds a bit weird and legitimises the difference between both regions.

Somali business across the country should help contribute and what Roble did today was a good step.

They declared themselves as separate from our country and we don't control SL if truth be told. Our FGS don't even control undisputed parts of Somalia such as Puntland, Lower Juba and Shabab territory

If we can't manage to send a delegation to Somaliland then we should stop humiliating ourselves and accept their independence

Why would somaliland allow Somali government delegation to its country when the corrupt FGS had withheld internation aid for political reasons ?
somaliland had special arrangement on aid distribution since 2013 till this government came thrashed it and withheld international aid
