I have a few friends that went to Turkey for hair transplantation. For one it turned out well, for the other not so good.

I suppose it depends on which clinic you go to and the skill of the doctor/surgeon, i.e how much you pay. On the other hand, for some people, it is too late and hair transplantation causes more damage than good.
