How do you know the child is habar jeclo or Habar awal hence the term "Jeegan"..... plus, jeegan is improperly used because now it applies to people outside the political circumference based on qabil association. i.e an ordinary dude in Gabiley or Caynaba can be called a jeegan based on qabil.
Most importantly, yes it is distasteful because it created stress and upset for the child which was not needed. Politics should not be used by parents to formulate or establish a political ideology for their child.
Personally, I think if someone supports or against the idea of Farmaajo visiting Somaliland then they have the right to express those views. But, the idea of Farmaajo going with Abid ahmed to Hargeysa seemed a bit concerning. Nevertheless, it does not justify the distress that was expressed by the child in this video.

I strongly disagree with that view, The political reality is the vast majority of the SL want to gain recognition as an independent country. The question is what would SL benefit if a new union occurred. plus, taking into account the historical circumstances in relations to economical political and social aspects.
