I think you are misinterpreting. The ‘uneducated’ likely don’t have many ideas/theories/plans of their own. They may just want the kursi. Therefore they compromise and allow others to do everything else. That’s isn’t competence, it’s actually the opposite. It’s tanazul and it may make it seem like there is progress since there may be less infighting but that doesn’t mean any actual work is being done.I always knew this, the less educated a Somali is, the more competent he is. Abdillahi Yusuf wasn't educated, SL SNM rebels weren't.
Elders found PL.and SL also. The character of the leader is most important and we don't vett any of our leaders in any position or public office something that all Somalis deserve as it's your state and offices and their representing you and this may even tone down the constant mucuradnimo culture there locally if leaders were vetted.
Sharif in all honesty wasn't great but he was way better then Farmajo and HSM, he is just macalin dugsi a sunday school teacher, not real educated. Somalis tend to fare better when their leaders are not educated and SYL and Siyad era shows that.
The same useless politicians still around. No shame whatsoever. Just recycling crap. Saw a video of him and the current opposition. Same niggas from 10 plus years. Even sakin was there smh.
There needs to be mass education reform more public schools
civilians don’t know what they are entitled to
