A week before this incident a cop was called by commuters on a highway. Ileen this lady got on the highway and passed her exit and guess what she did ? Woman decided to backup to the exit she passed on a FREAKING HIGHWAY where cars are going by 80mph. Luckily a cop made it on time. This cop was so nice he only towed her car and gave her a warning instead of arresting her.
Now that cop is in trouble for not revoking her driver license and arresting her that day. He is on an administrative leave because a week later she ran over a toddler.
