No it happened to me now. I went to the local supermarket someone I knew I saw from the side of my eyes and heard them say hey, but I wasn't in the mood

Sometimes lol I won’t even care if they see me I’ll just wave and go about my day. Only when I am tired from a long day at work though.

Nope; if someone acknowledges me by saying hello I will not turn away unless I'm in a rush to get somewhere. Courtesy is cheap.
