How do people allow this to happen in their lands? Any backstory? I heard Ali Mahdi AUN had some shady deals with some countries to dump waste in exchange for $$$… ?

Used to hear it was shady mafia owned companies in Italy doing it. Getting lucrative contracts to get rid of waste safely then just dumping it in Somalia due to no government . Doubt they gave a shit what mahdi said. They will dump it regardless they even dump in their own ocean and farmland
