I think this seals the deal and I think I can confirm it, if we can agree on the methodology for the 'test'. As long as we get a final number, it's quantifiable as proof. I want to do an IQ test of politicians in Hamar, how the test looks can be 'agreed' on but we must compare the result not the methodology against a sample test of 10 year old kid in the western world. I am quite satisfied they will score the equivalent of a 10 year western kid. I see the same 'symptoms' in mental thinking, problem solving, lack of abstract thinking, non structured mind.
