I was thinking how lots of science buffs love to demonize religion for being violent and how it causes more human misery/pain and ignorance, which definitely has some truth but I put it down to the human element not so much the religion or idea, but they blame the whole idea/religion and run into another system which has been far more vicious then religion was or could ever be.
PPL forget all the discrimnation, hatred, genocides in post modern history is all linked back to science. Hitler used racial supremacy justifying it with genetic supremacy using science and we know what it led too.
The communists in the USSR were purely guided by science and eliminated all forms of religion, some of the most horrific genocides happened there also. When u met racists even today they use science ideas like LOW IQ, Poverty, Crime using what? scientific statistics. For the purpose to dehumanize you due to some form of hatred.
Even wealth as we know it today is purely grounded in scientific field called economics which creates 'financial castes' in valuing a human like the Indian Caste system. Imagine u r viewed/judged on ur financial 'worth' within the 'caste' system and all your life is judged on it. Their untouchables exist the homeless/poor.
This science for what it's worth has helped humanity in many ways but to deny it's also itself has a very violent past and in the present nearly every hate group will use science to justify their hatred, even till today.
