School Haters Come In

All those school haters, come in and discuss with Dr Osman. Ignore current culture of school and competitiveness, they have corrupted what knowledge was intended to be. It's about relative growth subject to your ability and you knowing something which you didn't before or were ignorant.

A down syndrome student who turned a minus or disadvantage into a plus is the true winner in school or knowledge or workplace, as they did the most 'growth' relative to their ability, this may not be the current culture that u see, but ignore it as the school system is corrupt, just know Allah and God is with you even in this corrupted school system where they make ppl compete as if it's competition and is only about how much you have grown.

A smart student who had head-start can be measured also based on their 'growth' relative to their starting point and most are abysmall and pathetic and that's why a-lot of companies are struggling with talent growing their value becuz they just sit there and add no growth to themselves as a human being.

Imagine a small company who did tremendous growth and a large company who did none or was minimal, in our current system they think the large company is successful but we all know that is inaccurate but the small company is the true success based on 'growth' measurement.

A successful person is measured on their starting point and conditions and their end result and the growth in between, the 'growth' is then taken to measure everyone growth relative to their starting point/conditions and the true hero emerges. Education is a right and noone shud be left behind due to silly competition and social stigma. Education is about your personal growth only. Keep that in mind as you traverse the schooling system.

Yep they made knowledge a competition when it's not, it's about ur own personal growth and dependent on you, not how u compare to others. Infact if u even want to fairly compare ppl, u do so seeing their 'growth' and starting point, that's fair competition. So many great ppl drop out becuz they see it's all 'fake' and not a genuine learning experience.
