The scary part isn't that their is a insurrection in the Phillipnes but that ISIS appeared only after duterte decided to kick out rotschild from their countries banking institutions.
It is impossible for Isis to be home grown in a country like the Philippines they must have had outside funding and recruitment.

I know that but a shift in power in global politics also changes the way a country runs itself. So, I was wondering if this would affect the shape of which East Asian states, Russia and Turkey would run themselves. It was a thought.

Both the Chinese/Russian's are working on their own ones independently from each other (foolish), both don't trust each other and Russia has a good reason not to trust the Chinese whom have been flirting with this for a decade now with no end product and are just using this as a bargaining tool against the Khazarian zionist Mafia's.

There is going to be no peaceful rise of super-powers without world war 3 and the psychopath mafia's in America are pushing hard for this, as are the Goldman Sachs bankers whom gambled close to half a trillion in oil futures (expecting them to go up, which it didn't) remember all wars are banker wars, it's how they make a killing.

The Yanks have the upper hand now with the super-fuse game-changer on their nuclear submarines giving them land based ICMB capabilities no one else has currently, this gives them the ability to rapidly take out all hardened Chinese/Russian's land based ICBM nuclear silo's with a surprise preemptive first-strike using just sub's while their missile defence systems in Europe/Asia take care of the odd loose missile hidden in a dense forest that has been missed.

This is why you see the massive build up in Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific, a high ranking Russian general spoke about this recently (American plan for preemptive strike), Russia is the prime target due to throwing out Rothschild central bankers.

They have tried the economic warfare route as punishment (pipe-line through Syria from Qatar into Europe to cut off Russian Gas to Europe) but that has been foiled, then before this was Ukraine coup (cut off existing pipe-line feeds Europe) but foiled again, the same with sanctions.

The only option left now is preemptive strike before the Russian's finish production of a new supersonic ICBM nuke in 2018-19 that will radically change the balance of power, this is why you see a build up of lunatic proportions on their borders and the Russian's placing Iskander nukes in Kalingrad (Europe doorsteps) in return.
