It is true that madoweyne have non-ethnic Somali origins but the same could be said about most Turkish people in Turkey, Arabs in the Arab world, and even some minority Somali tribes. They just happen to be the least assimilated group because their tribal bantu dna is far more distinct than Arab and Horner dna of other clans who were also assimilated. Today 10% of southern Somalia is madoweyne and if we say that they aren't Somali, they're assimilated clan system will break apart and they will become a seprate ethnicity. This will cause infiltrators to come from the bantu countries and unite with them. You cannot use the Somali nationality card when they are diaspora in the west and have no nationality or passport. We are all Muslim, speak, Somali, and follow the same madhab. If Sudanese could be Arabs, and Black Iraqis could be Arabs why can't Madoweyne be Somali? We need numbers against our neighbors. I know it hurts for some colorist and texturist people but if the Arabs can do it why can't we? Even the black Arab decedent's of slaves are considered arab in the arab world along with the Afro-turks being considered turkish.
