There is no such thing us somalia if puntland secedes everyone will go on their own way like former Yugoslavia....If Puntland secedes Somalia will have no way to invade Somaliland as our Ethiopian border is more fortified

What people don’t seem to understand is that the civil war has focused on national politics, hence why they don’t really work together.
the federal constitution is neglected and the fgs will not compromise as if it is not our central government it acts more like a foreign institution.
if the fgs keeps going on this trajectory, we have no other choice but to dust of article 142 and initiate the process. All fms have an obligation to look after their populations. We can come back to the table when the fgs is serious in reconciliation and the finalization of the federal constitution. Until then we will work with the regional governments.
