This isn't new to Saudis. I met some Saudi tourists who told me they go to Vegas every year to have a good time.

Yeah, they've been coming to Dubai to club and stuff since I was a wee one. You'd even see Saudi women with their hair uncovered here sometimes. Drinking, clubbing and maybe even some promiscuity were the go-to for male and female youths when in Dubai. It's their Vegas.

I mean with the absolute sodomy that goes on regularly in the UAE and has for decades there's no point. It's not like these recent borders mean a damn. The UAE is in the Jazeera of the nabi (SAW). Khaleejis started desicrating the peninsula with alcoholism, fornication and the like a long time ago. This hardly changes anything. Just keep it out of Medina and Makkah and things should be okay.
I've never paid enough attention or really glimpsed enough Khaleeji women from all the countries or even just both. But I have noticed a difference among the men even though I feel like most Peninsular Arabs with no obvious and known Iranian or African admixture look similar. I had a buddy of Southern Iraqi/Kuwaiti Bedouin origins who was a pretty authentic Peninsular Arab genetically. Like he could fit right in if he was in Najd and he always espoused that there was a particular "Pure Arabian" look that was centered on Najd and that eastern Arabians looked off compared to this archetype, he suspected because of Iranic admixture which they do tend to have, though some pocket groups are pretty pure.
