The problems are the same across the entire third world countries, fixing it would mean nationalising all assets, ban all foreign currencies, print your own national currency as the sole medium of exchange enforced just as the dollar is enforced as legal tender but backed by our own resources.
Breaking free from this will require going back to bartering with neighbouring countries just as Iran is doing currently to circumvent brutal sanctions (trading oil for tech with Russia, whom sells this cheap oil back to the market for profit, effectively laundering the money), this is how the transferal of knowledge happens not through fake fiat credit at discount pocketed by a few rich oligarchs
Kick out all NGO's and all other parasitic groups whose sole purpose is destroy our industries, a wholesale ban on food aid which is the most devastating weapon used after fake debt riddled interest laced credit from the IMF or world bank which they simply print into existence from nothing. (fractional reserve banking)
It will be painful at first, less painful with a well thought out transitional plan but the people will quickly adapt, several nations are now actively breaking free from this and allying with them is of paramount importance, the greatest threat by doing this is either direct invasion or indirectly through various terrorist proxy groups, but a well informed populace can easily negate this.
The problem is that not a single of these supposed learned people or politician's has any fundamental clue or even a modicum of understanding how nations in the past brought themselves out of abject poverty or even what caused this poverty in the first place which we never experienced before colonialism.
They keep endlessly spinning in that washing machine tank crying out for more Calgon and Persil (money/food aid) to alleviate that utter misery they have no clue of how to escape, instead of having a paradigm shift and take a hammer to the whole thing and start fresh.
Our bartering expert Geeljire's in the past were a million times smarter then the quackademic peasants of today, yet not a single person ever wrote a book on how the colonialist destroyed our complex systems of credit or how it even functioned, most people are oblivious to it, I plan to make a lengthy article on this soon.
