The founding president of the UAE and ex Abu Dhabi Emirate ruler the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan brang together 7 Emirates into one country 50 years ago and transformed it into a wealthy, powerful Arab and Muslim country.

Let's hope Said Deni becomes Somalia's president, brings Puntland under a strong federal government's control and makes Somalia a great, peaceful, powerful federal country Aamin dheh

You heard it hear first, Deni is a Ikhwaani centralist. He is a federalist by convenience but if the door to the villa is open, Federalism will be over. Don't believe me; just look at the iron fist he rules Puntland with like Ahmed Madoobe. None of them want federalism except South West who know they can't get Prez or PM.

Deni’s poor performance in Bosaso ruined his chances of ever becoming Pres of Somalia. He poorly handled dispute between him and his close clan relative and was forced to backdown and retreat even though he’s the president of the federal state. He recently stopped messing with Diyaano and said “OK he’s still leader of PSF” He might still have chance at PM position possibly.

He didn't back down. After consultation from clan elders and former presidents he decided to compromise. Compromising sadly is the weakness of our leaders, but not deni

YAMS is looking at a bunch of very disappointed posters come election.

Despite Farmaajo's manh weaknesses, one thing he did was destroy/expose his political rivals. By trying to weaken his authoritarian style, his rivals destroyed their reputations. Khayre and AAW are nothing more than protestors holding placards with lower house aspirations. The former presidents appear weak and power hungry.

But Deni got it the worst. By trying to stop the dictator Farmaajo...he created Deni the dictator, the bickerer. Shiiiiii, he became a warlord in Boosaso. SAD.

He did back down. The elders already sided with Diyaano family before the skirmish in bosaso ever began. Deni ignored them and said all must come under the President (him). The dagaal started and Deni was forced to accept the PSF is still under diyaano family. That’s a defeat bc the elders already said what Deni ended up agreeing to in the end despite him fighting back
