I don't think PL status can escape this NGO hell, graded as humanitarian priority(nothing more then life basics) to stay alive(avoid famine) not thrive, it's apart of the global foreign policy that we can only access non state institutions and only humanitarian matters not development ready state weeye primarily due to political instability in Mogadishu whose governance, ifs procedures and protocols are absent or Internationally rated as very low. These development partners or credit institutions read this when deciding on nation buildings loans also.
PL can't develop generational wealth on a mass scale without the market itself having enabling infrastructure(social, health, education, roads, ports, airports, energy backbone, sewage, drainage, et ) It's not even suitable for any large investments to create jobs.
Mogadishu needs God, no human can fix that place, maybe we can try to squeeze them into accepting an interim working arrangement between PL and Foreign Development Partners but I doubt those red eyes I know there will neber accept it and therefore the world will simply say they can not infringe on another country sovereignty and internal matters, borders, etc due to the UN rules based system and member state rights.
Its a damn circus over there ok well.lets get the moryan hat on which is the protocol there and do some under the table payments(PL, Emirates funds) but this time it must come with clauses that executive, judicial, legislative organs cannot infringe on this agreement or any if uts terms, duration and quickly get it thru parliament(bribes the red eyes there also forca majority vote), plus fail safe it with oversight authority lets give it some teeth like world bank, diplomatic community, UN, AU EU, Emirates, Turkey representaive and they can all witness and sign it as guarantors it's a far better retun on investment if we can get at least 99 years duration of stability with development vs the cost of the bribes, it's a huge win and we can tell Somalia once that house has Public trust and confidence, foreign confidence(not based in shipping containers in Halane), Rule of Law, Socio economic developmental gains, security, we shall conduct reviews periodically as SFG and PL every 25 years as a once in an generation summit and if it meets our expectation great news if not we will catch in another 25 years(after 5 PL presidencies) untill the 99 year duration expires(which is also up for various options like extending it, ceding it and merging with Somalia, etc).
This is me about the future of PL and Somalia its just unwinnable stalemate hell where noone is really winning but we sure as hell paying for it with so much lost time that isn't coming back(that cud of potentially been used to build a china equivalent scale evonomy with 50 years, as we r now 26 years n dont even haveca 1% output on them vs how they used their time(dadku kala ficana).
