Somalia needs both Russian and Chinese involvement since Turkey was incapable of stopping the persistent sabotages from Xalane-based Western-led ambassadors. If Farmaajo pursued this option, He would have had a leverage to negotiate with the Western-led govts and Somali govt could have been in better shape than it is now.

Let us not forget it was Russia and China who prevented persistent UK efforts in the UNSC in order to tighten the screws on the FGS.
