Any other country would have temporarily changed the capital or made adjustments like having an temporary capital.
It is embarrassing to hear the opposition say we will level the city instead of bringing actual solutions.
Look at the difference of communications between xamar and garowe or xamar and hargeisa there is no talk of massacres or leveling cities.
The only thing you get by talking like this is losing investments of fellow somalis who would rather invest in their own regions.

We are doing better. Xamar is the most developed city in somali by a mile. Also there was a time where the interim capital was baydhabo and jowhar
Our best bet is hargeisa since it is the second capital. Xamar will still be the capital just not the political capital.
It is just embarrassing to have a capital in a warzone you know.
After the country returns to normalcy, we can return some of the government institutions to xamar. We need to seperate them, one in each fms capital will be enough to make sure the countries might is not invested in one place.

I know that xamar is the most developed and beautiful city that we have. However we need to rebuild and we can't do it in xamar clearly.
Let hargeisa have the legislative branch, xamar the presidency, garowe the judicial branch and so forth. The army should be based in GM since it is in the middle of the country, awdal and jubaland ought to host the navy.
We should disperse our institutions throughout the country to involve everyone and not just the major qabiils.
Again xamar will still be our capital, the only change: the relocation of the institutions. We can't let AS have them all noh .

Rooble failed and was forced to hold elections in 40 days when he wanted to slow it down and milk it for 10 more months.
Every point raised by the video is true, they can't counter it which is why they write childish remarks like " rooble is king'

What Somalia needs is an institution that will hunt down and execute every single person that works against our succes.
That way people will actually think and come up with the best solution for our Republic.
