IQ differences? Lack of cognitive development (i.e. cognitive errors or emotional biases). People who insult their other half tend to have some sort of bias. Jealousy can be said as well such as "marrying out" can seen as wrong by some incels (black and white). None of these matter really as there are Somalis who set aside their emotional bias and try to help build the community around them.

The somali incels are making viral videos of unpleasant somali girls. That's the worst thing anyone can do as that's very humiliating for us and can severly affect the mental health of young girls. No othrr communities does that.
