Albania, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Kosovo has the highest. Spain and Portugal also have some small percentage. Remnants of the pre-roman populations who left North Africa.

I wouldn't say plenty but those countries who have Mediterranean connection.

Its interesting that almost all European Countries have some E1b1b, specially E-V13.
The Balkans have very high at 15-35%, but the rest of Europe its 3-10 percent.
