I always give this reminder to people every year, but this year in especially the winter is extremely dark and also due to Covid-19

Its so important for us to take these supplement because our genetics are not meant for these cold climates, and we rarely get these reminders from the government so I am doing my charitable work by reminding you.

supplements will help but you also need to eat healthy diet rich in vitamin D

One thing which is not super health but can help is going to a tanning place as well, obviously do your own research.

I was meant to be in Mogadishu right now soaking up the sun but due to this whole Corona thing, I cannot leave my business behind as its impossible to prepare for these things, and I am too addicted to reaching my goals to take holiday without it running without me.

True sxb I’m taking 4000iu’s a day for the past week.

Anyone know when the benefits kick in?
You should be able to go to your GP and explain you need a prescribed high dose of Vitamin D due to your genetics, 2000iu 3 times a day should should be the minimum you should ask for.

Vitamin is absorbed in conjunction with other things in your body that you get through diet, so the benefits should be felt almost immediately but give it a week or two, if not you might want to research your other deficiencies.

the sad thing is this not taught to us by anyone, I only learned about this 5 years ago when I first experienced Vitamin D deficiency at the end of the winter, ever since then I have been practicing high intake of vitamin D rich food and supplement, as well as catching the sun when ever possible, 10 min of sun exposure in the mornings is billion time more effective than any supplement, but its impossible this winter unfortunately.

You won't see results because that's too damn low. You need to take at least 10,000 IUs or it's pointless. Don't forget to take K2 along with it.

I used to take 6000 IUs for years but was still diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency.
