Relocating some wasaarado head quarters to the gobols

The development and services wasaarado are the most useless we have seen in Somalia. Moving them across different cities in the country would make them exposed to the public. We will have better services and accountability with the real needs of the the people exposed. Most of the workers of the different ministries are locked in their offices and don’t even venture outside in muqdisho to look at the how the people are being helped.
Am proposing the following ministries to be relocated to this regions for better services and to develop the region.

Jubaland:

Wasaarada xoolaha iyo duurjogta.
main focus: jubaland, secondary: Hirshabele

This wasaarad will bring back the famous wildlife of somalia like the elephants, hippos, lions, and so on that jubaland is famous for. Jubaland has the most cows in any region of somalia this will also help with the ranch revolutionary of somalia. This wasaarad will put its focus on bringing back wild life from kenya with it’s duurjoogta sub department. The xanaanada and xoolaha will help farmers and live stock owners with mashruuc for developing a ranch system to limit over-grazing.This wasaarad will have main office in jubaland with sub offices in every region in somalia.

This wasarad will focus on farmers and farmers alone. Somalia has two rivers the Shabeel and Juba river there’s no reason why we should be used as the image of poverty and drought so fee ngos can get billions on our name so they can give our people expired food. With the longest coastline in mainland Africa there’s nor reason why we shouldn’t be eating fish in every village in our country let alone exporting it globally. Puntland is famous for its tuna fish factories in places like lasqorey and xaafun/Calula. This wasaarad will help those factories get their products to as far as untied states without having Thailand and UAE labels on it. Currently our products have to go through those countries before being shipped to Europe and America. Almost 2 dollars per cane goes to those countries for certification and repackaging. We pay like $5-8 dollars for those las qorey and oomaar tuna cans just one cane. We traded kenya fish for khat but our fish is being burned by Kenya be sue we have wasaarado that are useless and don’t oversee these deals we make with foreign nations. I don’t expect them to do anything as long as they can’t get out of their muqdisho head office for fear of being killed by shabab. How would you expect them to do any movement for development?

This wasaarad will bring in investment in the mining sector which galmudug and puntland would be the ideal place. Internationally we should be trading this mineral rich soil we have. Am sure we have uranium and other minerals.

Maamul goboled wasaarado are useless all the international funds go to muqdisho based federal wasaarado. They just eat all the funds and throw crumbs at the maamul goboleds who also eat the few pennies. If these wasaarado are brought out in the real field which si the test of the country they’ll be doing their job properly.
