you need to remeber the state has a population of 300million+. California it self has a gdp of 2.448 trillion USD that's more then Canada... i don't blame them for not having "free" healthcare.. they're a productive country so too speak. That’s all? Really? So the government is in no way responsible in how healthcare should really be run so people don’t end up hundreds of thousands in debt? You need to open you eyes and acknowledge the US is a third world country health care wise.

Your own laws get changed by lobbyist openly sponsored by big companies, how is that democratic? I praise god everyday that my family did not end up in the US.

According to the constitution, no it isn’t supposed to provide health because healthcare is not a right. In fact, Obamacare’s constitutionality was challenged 3 years ago and barely survived.

You have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That’s all. And these rights are taken away if you commit a crime. That’s it.

As for the lobbying, citizens have a right to lobby the government and the Supreme Court has ruled that money is speech and you can spend as much as you want on political campaigns.
