It seems like the ppl on the ground in ssc are happy to be part of somaliland , Idk why the diasporas are pushing the narrative that the ppl of sool &sanaag dont want to be part of somaliland.

In 1991 my Awoowe's villa in booli qaran was taken (after it was destroyed of course) by the mightiest Somali clan, Hawiye.
Some of my other clan members owned properties in Berbera. After things went back to normal some were claimed by it's rightful owners and some are still guarded by an Isaaq elder to this day (last time I was updated on that was in 2016 not sure if he is alive now) SL also. Moreover; Warsangali/ugaaslabe had the ministry of defense even though we only make up up to 3% of the population. That would've never happened in the south. That's the difference between the internationally admired Somaliland and Somalia.

Don't forget that despite Xamar stealing 5.8 billion dollars worth of aid in the 1980s and not sharing it with other regions, Somaliland was way more productive and generated 80% of the former Somali republic's hard currency from the port of Berbera alone.

SL shall take care all of it's citizens regardless of clan.The residents of Eastern Sanaag & Eastern Sool are not the concern of Somalia nor it's broke paper states
