I don’t think we will see actual protests in Awdal until July 1st when there will inevitably be people waving the Somali flag and the SL police (as always) will go overboard and arrest/kill them.

SNM slaughtered Reer Boorama during the 90s. Of course, the Isaaq who took over Somali wikipedia, have deleted this, as it doesn't work with their 'victim' narrative.
