Those other afro Latinos such as afro Brazilians for example don't hail from west Africa hence why they ain't successful in short distance running and boxing. You'll rarely see an afro Latino or Bantus from Africa being successful in the Olympics.
Where do they hail from then, they all come from west Africa from the afro-Colombian to the Cubans, they dominate Olympic boxing. And also the reason why western euro men dominate world strongest man is because they are the only participants. And your general economic well-being maters , they will eat for breakfast what a normal human eats in 3 days. And they are the only people that can afford that( in general).
