Money makes one corrupted if they are weak hearted and arent responsible.

The problem is that humans will never find happiness and fulfillment in material things. Their cravings will only increase infinitely and when they can no longer get their new acquirement they are filled with sadness.

Enjoyment and disappointment go hand in hand. Renunciation is the only way.

It makes sense. At that level of wealth and responsibility you need to de-stress. They do that with drugs and alcohol. It's a coping mechanism.

I actually see them all the time after 5pm after their shift in the corporate world they fill the pubs and bars. Get drunk, go home and repeat every day/week.

If they were Muslim they would use the deen and Salah as their way of destressing and coping with the stresses of life. So alhamdullilah for Islam and guidance from Allah otherwise we would be the same as these kuffar.
