Real Estate In Somalia?

Let's say Somalia becomes stable and peaceful, everyone is going to rush to Somalia in order to invest in it. How would you go about it? Personally, I want to invest in large apartment buildings that are designed to highlight Somalias natural landscape, so it's modern yet full of nature at the same time

Everyone's been doing that. They all buy a plot of land and close it off, wait a few years then sell it for 10times its previous value

who’s gonna rent it out? ppl are poor back home.
it would be better if you take a page out of china’s playbook and build a factory.

I would make it cheap, like $300 a month.

Or I can rent it out to the diaspora/people living in the west who moved back to Somalia
