Rant about representation for the sake of complaining

Should I complain about Black American shows/movies not having any characters 4th generation Somali/Amazigh Catholic Goths ? Could I claim the lack of Somali heavyweight fighters in the UFC is anti-Cushiticism ? I’m a little miffed about no Barbary pirate characters in any of The Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
