My Habar gidir best friend and my other Mj acquaintance- both hate it when i tip food servers. WHY are somalis so base??? Now these people are polar opposites. When i tip- they look at me as Doqoonta afkah guduud! They actually say- NO DON"T TIP THEM!!!!!

When will Somalis become civilized? Or maybe they lack inner human-ness???

I used to tip 10% but they now expect a 30% tip. There is even an expectation to get tipped if you drove all the way there to pick up the food. They demand tips even if they didn’t fill up your drink and you got lousy service. The most egregious example I have was actually at a restaurant where the worker refused to give me my change and repeatedly insisted he keep it as a tip. Even big box stores have tip options. I stopped tipping last year due to tip inflation, the inconsistency of who gets tips (this is changing), entitlement attitude, minimum wage increases, and because the quality of food has gone down, among many other reasons. It changed my life.

That is egregious. I know what u mean. U ONLY Tip someone who served you. Like sitting in a restaurant and someone brings you food and occasional refills your lemonades.

Tipping is weird, no business should be paying employees with tips, wtf is this communism? I am amazed at how America allows itself to subsidize businesses that make billions in profit by giving food stamps to full-time employees and tips.
