random question

Would you have started going to the gym or taking care of your body if you could go back to your teenage years?

not just workout in the gym; anything.

What is anything you wish you had learnt or done when you were a teenager? :mybusiness:
just wanna take notes

Praying Salah in the Masjid consistently. Seeking knowledge(Quran and Arabic). Most importantly having a mindset that you can do many things at once. It’s good to focus on or two things to grow but you can definitely be someone who goes gym does well in school/work and is focused on learning the deen. I remember I cut out everything fun, like playing footie and gym as I used to think it was a waste of time.

Alhamdulilaah now I’m more balanced in terms of lifestyle but I’m still focused on getting better and making progress. Also try not to have too much deep regret on the past, for me even though I’d changed and improved in many things I was still very hard on myself and overtime that’s gets at you and makes you hate what you’re doing, the people that tend to do things at a very level, are just that people are the most consistent and hating what you do is a quick to make you lose consistency.

I would read more literature.
I didn’t start reading difficult books until after 20. The earlier you begin the better.
This way you can expand your vocabulary, learn how to craft sentences well and articulate your thoughts more easily.

you don't need to wish for what could have been, when there is still what could be in the future!

start now, it isn't too late bro.
