How come I can't enjoy the upcoming Ramadan in the next weeks with only legitimate Muslims? They use it as a joke and say we will not commit zina and do bad sins in this month. Or they use it as an opportunity to lose weight. It is so insulting. You're supposed to do that everyday.

It seems to me like you're pissed off that they're being deemed as pious as you without putting the work in.

Looking good for others isn't what Ramadan is about so it shouldn't bother you.
