Start listening to lectures stories force ur self make dua to increase imam. Try to stay away from things which distract u from salah or allah. Remember judgement day listne to mohammed hoblos is a great wake up speaker
You still have time to make those days up. It’s not too late yet. Try fasting on Mondays and Thursdays as it is Sunnah.
As for Salah, remember it is just 5 mins of your day for each prayer. We spend hrs upon hrs on trivial matters but we don’t have 5 mins to spare for Allah? Thinking of it like that helps me. Making sincere dua also helps.

This is why you should makeup your ramadan during winter when is easier. As for now you must complete your makeup fast before ramadan begins. As the above poster said try to makeup either Thursday or Monday where your deeds are shown or do the dawud fasting where you fast one day and not the next than you first the other day and not the next etc that's the most beloved way to fast from Allah but don't start on a Friday or Saturday as its makrooh to begin fasting those days unless you fast the next day.
