My flight got delayed by 4 hours or so, the Dutch went above and beyond to accommodate us, food, water, access to the lounge free of charge. Schipol may be big, but its a great airport, with great service.

If KLM was cheaper, i would have picked it over a lot of other European Airlines. Same with Air France.

The thing I like about KLM is, even if the flight is just 1 hour, they’ll still serve you snacks and drinks.

City to Hague on British Airways doesn't give you that service, you get water and that's about it.
