Question: Where is the location of the presidential elections

I have been looking for information if there were any agreements on where the presidential elections will be held. Previously it was held in two cities for contingency. Obviously, Mogadishu will likely be the location. If so, the logistics of Upper and Lower House representatives traveling to the location venue should be underway?
