What do you guys think about exchange qabiils and creating all hawiye state, all darood state, all dir state, all rahanwayne state and the all the 0.5 clans get their own state too? We send all the hawiye yars yars, and dirs and whatever other giirgiir clans that live in darod lands to hawiye lands and raxanwayne lands, they send us the darod who live there. all the darods in xamar and hargaysa will also have to evacuate and go to darod states.

When we are done, we won't even allow travel between clans. We will enact the jim crow laws from America in the 50s, complete segregation of clans. You might be thinking what about if there's intra clan wars over who will rule and my answer to that is, let there be one and the winner will rule forever while everyone else will stfu. This is the only solution for Somalia.
