Putin has been Warned in Surah al Baqara

Verse 11 : States: And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "We are only peacemakers."

Verse 12: Verily! They are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.


Didn't Putin said he is there to make peace because there is no peace in Ukraine?
