PL should develop an Order of Ukail award for our bravest soldier who honors and matches binu ukail bravery in the battlefield. My dad was saying he was having a chat with this Isaaq dude about PL army in Tukaraq, he said your soldiers are always fighting on 'strategy' and 'tactics' where-as our soldiers just run in like hordes uncoordinated and he noted the older generation of Isaaq are getting old and can't keep up on the battle field and their replacement are 'urbanized' into city living aand will leave the battle field immediatly as it gets to much for them. Where-as he said PL soldier class is still very 'reer miyi' and has that bravery culture instilled in them and you limit your 'urbanized' people into the army thru smart calculations, knowing a reer miyi type of soldier is worth 100 urban type of soldier.
So he said basically PL has effective generals and strategy and makes use of their soldier in the battle field to ensure deadly outcome for the enemy but it also has a soldier class that is far braver then Isaaq due to the 'nomadic' background still very strong in them and instilling strong values of bravery and keeping your ground on the enemy, where-as he said Isaaq have become all urbanized and the urban effect has left a 'dent' in their bravery. He has good point in my opinion, it's well established people from nomadic background vs settled people in battle always favour nomadic type of soldier. Look at Mongols vs Baghdad settlers or the western europen tribes vs roman settlers, it's very unusual to hear the outcome the other way with settler soldiers defeating nomadic soldiers in history.
So that's why I say let's set up military awards based on real history in PL for our soldier class to encourage bravery on the battle field like the binu ukail order, hersi boqor order, omar samatar, etc since we been in the war game far longer then most Somali clans, even though we prefer peace and stability, we also know how to hold our own if it comes to defence with other Somali clans and they know this just like we do, we all know where our strength n weaknesses are.
PL only weakness is fighting other 'darods' especially if non darod is behind the strategy like Isaaq using dhulbahante sheilds or HG using marehan sheilds, this is the only exposed weakness in PL army that it avoids at all cost a darod blood-shed especially over non darod clans behind the 'strategy' that's why we most likely are going to pull out in that battle scenario and why we need the SADE-Dhulbahante to stop this nonsense defending the hordes and using yourselves as Sheilds thinking it will lead to PL retreat in the war. It does lead to retreat in PL forces but this strategy is made one, let us out the 'hordes' of HG/SNM, watch them niggas buckle, like aideed did when SSDF re-armed after USC invasion and killing women n children and civilians, they lost 60 tanks and were pushed out into beletwayn and only returned due to Abdillahi Yusuf and Aideed peace deal, but those tanks were never returned and as you can see GM has no tanks, this was the clans with nearly all the SNA tanks in it's hand and today it's down to a mere 4 tanks in cadaado which was given by abdillahi yusuf to hold of the ICU courts from penetrating into PL, he created a buffer right there with saleban while he focused on Mogadishu.
Look at the wicked strategy the TPLF did recently to Ethiopian soldiers. They laid remote controlled land mines in the city as the ethiopian soldiers entered they detonated it all and then 'rushed' in their forces from afar geesood to slaughter the remaining few who were all in shock n awe from the explosion and unprepared for the '4 geesood' military assault by TPLF. That's what u call pure strategy n brains and we need much of that in PL, to increase our 'aqoon' in war or else we will lose much lives and have bad military outcomes if we don't.
Always it's common to know some common battle strategies
1. Protect your airports, port. Galkayo-Garowe-Bosaso airports and Bosaso seaport and Garacad need 'strong' defence posture, this is our suppy lines.
2. Create back-up supply lines in terms of different airports/ports as partners before we ever go to war so if we lose our primary supply lines there is always backup one so our army can continue the battle. That's why u need to deal with nations outside of Somalia when having a war inside Somalia for this purpose
3. Always strike at key infrastructure of enemy like 'comm lines' so their no communication between their soldiers, strike out their 'generals and squadron leaders' so their no coordination of their soldiers, target their more important weaponry division by importance ranking, so their left at a disadvantage. Take out key supply chains like 'shidaalka' and 'water' source points.
4. Intelligence ensure you have 'plain clothed' puntite among their local population finding out the structure of their forces, importance, moral, and cause currency warfare by flooding their market with fake bills so trade stops and soldiers walk away due to no payment and not being able to purchase their army supplies
There is many more strategies @AutumnBreeze but every son of ukail should know this basic level of military warfare irrespective of battle experience or none, since we all sons of ukail and all potential military recruits if PL is god forbid ever invaded by the enemy.
Other military stratagies in the battle will be taught to the son of ukail in different training scenario at the training base and how to respond and fight while our military generals review all our battle experience in mog/south galkacyo urban warfare vs open warfare in SL and work out new strategies on enemy structure-information and our military strength to create a swift victory for the sons of ukail.
The only way the hordes can win is to use another son of ukail like sade house or darwish who they believe can keep at us bay from ending them once for all as they are aware sons of ukail do not like to kill each other over 'hordes' as 'ancient cultural tradition' that is still being promoted by our various sultanates and monarch.
I urge our military commanders to put our soldiers thru 'different battle scenarios' encountered from the enemy so we are prepared for brutal response and swift victory, everything must be 'scenario' and different war styles of the enemy must be taken into consideration before we find the hole in their military. I want to ensure at least 10-15 war scenarios are calculated and responded too and known by every puntite soldier so if they find themselves in that scenario thy know how to respond, the worst thing in war 'is the element of suprise' as it leads to your soldier 'buckling' not able to respond and hence more knowledge and training will eliminate the element of suprise factor in the battle
