The number of the voter of puntland elections is almost 400,000 excluding laascanood and almost all sool, and I think all sool could amount to almost 100 k to 150 k number of voters.

You’re looking at the map wrong. The total is almost 400k of which 319k have picked up their voting cards, the remains 22k didn’t pick up their cards.

Its a very low turnover, but a great start nevertheless.
