Warsangeli along with MJ basically founded puntland in 1998, he's obviously spreading propaganda.
Warsangeli and Dhulbahante founded Somaliland before that in 1991. They were at both the Burco and Boorame conferences. Somaliland defence minister leading the offensive against PL is Warsangeli. Cali Khalif Galeydh is in Hargeisa as we speak to support Sl government. SL government has built schools, health centres and sports facilities in Sool and Sanaag.
