I think I can speak for Puntland Diaspora but please hurry this up and complete this and get this functional and following recognized banks.

Puntite In the diaspora wants to put our capital towards government bonds on the following area

Roads
Airports
Ports
Sewage
Drainage
Clean Water treatment plant
Energy

Puntland Bank can protect, manage and sell the diaspora share-ownership on infrastructure projects like Garacad Port did and work out loan agreements, profit sharing, expiry date.

These infrastructure can be fully diaspora owned, govt/diaspora partnerships, foreigners even. The infrastructure is a big money maker which we want to keep within Puntland not foreign or other Somali clans. Govt benefits the most becuz when we state build infrastructure it creates market ready conditions for investors to create businesses.

We don't have to sit there and wait for western loans thru IMF/World Bank. Puntites are ready to redirect capital towards nation building infrastructure.

I will CRY, if Puntland will hand over it's infrastructure to foreigners to benefit from thru loans, even if they do, it should be 60/40 partnership with Puntites owning 60% by law. That will indeed be a sad day seeing foreigners or other somalis taking lucrative infrastructure and claiming the profits for it's GDP.

Foreign investors profits is calculated for their GDP.
