That report is quite floored because somaliland is a defo independent country. How does somalilanders contribute to the somalia's economy when they are themselves originally from somaliland. Somaliland diaspora have families in hargeysa, burco, boroma, berbera, gabiley, erigavo etc. Therefore, they send money to them in SL.
Im assuming the report is saying that putlanders help somalia's economy which is true since putland is a federal state.
