We need to set up a road map by identifying the current state, the gaps/capabilities, and the future state. We must prioritize areas that touch upon health such as water, medicine, food-stuffs, fruits, sewage, drainage or what-ever is consumed the most since that has a greater potential to harm.

Then we must address our market laws, enforcement bodies, courts. Even if you build a house their is so many builders who under-deliver and have no fear because their no system monitoring them, the same with infrastructure, and commercial. Every item traded should have consumer protection laws.

I want to invite @bidenkulaha to Puntland see a market ishakamaynaysa which will lead to market competition on quality and we may even secure all africa market as the greatest need is 'quality' waa baahida wayn oo aan la daboolin oo iska furan kkkk if only idiots knew baahi wayn meeshay ka jirta ayaa la aada not 'copy' . China learned the hard-way when u focus on short-term sales and neglect quality it has long-term losses(clients dont come back)
