@Prince of HS I also want those ppl who get 'bags of rice n salid' to be told 'u must work' for it. Make them the 'cleaners' of the city or town or planting 'trees' for the local govt or doing some sort of community service like clearing up all the rock or sand. In return they get 'bag of rice, n salid'.

This will benefit them as they will learn to work, it will stop fraud by ppl who don't need it but still take it. I am totally against free hand out, it's one of the things I support. Only disabled/elderly is acceptable but that's it.

Infact Anyone who is abled bodied getting hawala money must be put into some work for community program.

I think rahanwayn have 'smarten' up well the ones I see in PL tend to operate small shops, they must of seen how begging/charity doesn't free u, it doesnt create wealth for u or your next generation, u simply repeat the cycle generation after generation with no progress.

PL has done well in the following public areas

1. Roads, Ports, Airport.
2. Water coverage be it wells, new towns connected to water grid or dams
3. Education(primary/secondary) only. Higher learning needs big 'quality reformation and international accreditation'
4. MCH Is good quality so women can deliver and even get c-section done in their villages. This helps reduce infant mortality even tho Deni didn't compare how low or high that is now.

The biggest public area that is WAY BEHIND is Referal Hospital that is linked to international hospitals to perform surgeries or treatment, specialized health services, senior health services. These facilities are important if we want to expand our ppl life-span. Right now they go over-seas for any 'complex treatment or surgery'. Only simple surgeries and treatments are done locally.

Their was a big German hospital that was going to be built in Garowe that has the facilities and expertise to address these issues that locals go overseas for, However it's no-where to be seen and no-one discussing wat happened.

The best presidents in my opinion tend to be 'dal-jog' not 'qurbo jog'. Abdillahi and Deni were the best. Only Juxa seems competent from the diaspora, but I prefer Garowe Ex Mayor, I hope they don't elect 'ina farole' or that useless 'awad'.
