We need to sit down for a big conference to discuss these important rule of law architecture and their instruments

Civilian Law(our isgabgabsi)
Criminal Law(our dulis)
Commercial Law(our markets)
Constitutonal Law(our govt, parliament, ministries)

Those 4 'tiers' are absolutely critical and their enforcement 'organs' and 'auditing organs'

My biggest dream is all issues in PL is settled in 'sharci iyo warqad to courts' laysku adeegsado, halka ay reer koonfur hoobiye iyo madfac ay isku adeegsadan

Wa igu wallahi if PL invest into creating a rule of law instruments iyo institutionkissa with strong enforcement and auditing, we will be graded a region based on systems laysku halayn karo not on PEOPLE or Strong Men oo aan laysku halayn karin.
