As 2019 schedule its should start on OCT or Nov of this year. Because of Corona and low election aid from IC. They choice to do 3 District for now as clear sign to IC how PL is serious on it.
After it finish, Tpec should start for remains 50 districts across 9 gobols.
Recently Tpec assign their head representing in 9 states.
All depends on election budget after current one finish.
