I knew they were opening on up in Galkacyo, so surprised about Qardho in such quick succession, especially since the Bank has no monetary power. I know Governor - Dhulbahante (3rd photo, 2nd from right) and the DG - who is Tuumaal (3rd photo, furtherest right)
I proposed to the DG acollaborative idea where diaspora funding could lead to local startups. That way killing two birds with one stone, all these graduates stop looking for the limited NGO jobs, economic growth and diaspora get to fund back home. Idea didn't really take off, but glad I atleasst proposed it. Diaspora, me included, believe it is easy to add your input into these institutions, but it is difficult given its all political driven, so much inertia.

Deni background helped Puntland to increase state budget, hence check his goverment reach to all Puntland gobols not like previous goverment, paved roads and soldiers salary on montly basis.
Last war with Jeegaan was huge test how Puntland will be affected by budget.
In my opinion next bank will be Rascaysir then Badhan.
