I proposed to the DG acollaborative idea where diaspora funding could lead to local startups. That way killing two birds with one stone, all these graduates stop looking for the limited NGO jobs, economic growth and diaspora get to fund back home. Idea didn't really take off, but glad I atleasst proposed it. Diaspora, me included, believe it is easy to add your input into these institutions, but it is difficult given its all political driven, so much inertia.
