I think this video was meant as a joke because the guy sounds like his on a truck probably delivering a load to an area close to one of the many US military bases. It’s a normal sight out here. This is why it’s dangerous to spread false information, I clicked on the video and those poor impressionable people think it’s real and are strongly reacting to it. I wish the brother did a disclaimer and warned everyone that it’s just a harmless joke
